Q1Which manuals and/or parts catalogues are downloadable?
A1Wherever you see the "Format", "Instant Download", under "Available Options", then that product is downloadable instantly on receipt of payment. Alternatively, select CD-R and/or DVD-R if you would like the manual or parts catalogue shipped out to you. BACK TO TOP

Q2I have purchased an "Instant Download", but how do I download?
A2An "Instant Download" is only available immediately if you have paid via Debit / Credit Card or PayPal. Once you have successfully paid for your item you are returned to the "Congratulations" page. If you scroll down this page, you will see the "Download" button. Simply left click the "Download" button and wait for the pop-up window to appear. Ensure "Save to Disc" is selected and click OK. If you have already, passed or closed down the "Congratulations" page, then you need to log back into your account at www.electronicmanuals.co.uk, go to "Account History", Click the "View" button next to the applicable "Order Number", scroll down and you will see the "Download" button. Simply left click the "Download" button and wait for the pop-up window to appear. Ensure "Save to Disc" is selected and click OK. To see a demo of this process, please click here. If you have opted to pay for an "Instant Download" via cheque, you will NOT be able to download your purchase immediately. Once Electronic Manuals have received the cheque and it has cleared, we will trigger the download for you and send you further instructions via the email address on your account. BACK TO TOP

Q3My download failed. What happens now? Do I need to purchase the manual and/or parts catalogue again?
A3 No. Log back into your account at www.electronicmanuals.co.uk, go to your "Account History", Click the "View" button next to the applicable "Order Number", scroll down to the "Download Links" section and see if you have anymore downloads remaining. If so, you will see a "Download" button. Simply left click the "Download" button and wait for the pop-up window to appear. Ensure "Save to Disc" is selected and click OK. This happens because your Customer ID is out of synchronisation with your Session ID. Simply raise a support ticket here and we'll send you further instructions. BACK TO TOP

Q6Can I use a "Download Manager" to download my manual and/or parts catalogue, or help resume failed downloads?

Q8I have downloaded the file now and unzipped (ZIP/RAR) / mounted the file (ISO), but how do I install the software?

Once the file is unzipped (if a ZIP/RAR file) or mounted (if an ISO file) you should be able to see the file "installation instructions.doc" on the root. Open this file in your favourite word processing software and follow the instructions. BACK TO TOP

Q9 I have purchased an "Instant Download", however, I am having trouble downloading and would now like to switch this to the CD-R/DVD-R format. Is this possible?
A9 Of course it is. However, we need the shipping payment from you. Raise a support ticket here indicating that you'd like to switch your order to the CD-R/DVD-R option. We'll then either then charge your card the additional amount or send you a PayPal request for payment (ensure to include your PayPal address). See here for more details about shipping costs.
